bytesizedassets.com sells digital assets for Roblox developers. Buy a product, use it under the license, and do not redistribute the files or source code to other people.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to bytesizedassets.com and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

bytesizedassets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Purchases

Products are sold as one-time digital purchases at the price shown on each product page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

After successful checkout, the product is added to your library for download. Because this is digital content, refund eligibility is limited and described in the Refund Policy.

4. License

Each product is sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use in your own Roblox experiences. See the License Agreement for the full terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source files.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or any purchased asset to violate Roblox's Terms of Use, to infringe third-party rights, or to build experiences that are unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, replace, or retire individual products and features at any time. We will keep your past downloads accessible from your account for as long as reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any asset will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Roblox feature or future engine change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bytesizedassets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or any purchased asset.
